No more pipelines. No more explosions.
Since 2010, gas companies have reported 35 pipeline explosions and 32 additional fires – including one this past Friday in Salem Township, Pennsylvania. Combined, these blasts have killed 17 people and injured 86.
Right now, the agency responsible for permitting these pipelines is considering dozens of new ones, with the fracked gas industry hoping to continue its reckless habits for decades to come.
If we speak up now, we can make sure a disastrous pipeline explosion like the one in Salem Township never happens again.
Add your voice to demand that the US government stop approving new gas pipelines until community and climate safety are guaranteed.
